Turn over a new leaf...

The 62nd annual Jordan Fall Festival will be held Sept. 19 through 21. One of the oldest, continually running all-volunteer events in New York, the festival draws spectators from across the state and beyond.

The festival had its start in 1947, when a young child drowned in a local watering hole. The community joined together to raise funds to build a public pool, and the festival was born.

Visitors to this year’s event will enjoy free admission, parking and shuttle service; the wares of more than 60 artisans; merchants of all types; a book sale; amusement rides; greased pole climb and kids’ greased pole cross; live musical entertainment; alpine run; antique and classic car, bike and truck show; pumpkin painting; games; a chicken barbecue and other great food; and much, much more.
